Why is it important to shake the my Custom Cocktail container before use?
Some settling of the product may occur in the container during shipping. Shaking and mixing before use will assure that the content is uniform and every serving has the same nutritional value.
My Custom Isotonix Cocktail container is not full to the top. Should I be concerned?
The fullness of the container depends upon how many products were combined to make the Isotonix Cutsom Cocktail. Isotonix Custom Cocktail is shipped in one of two container sizes. The smaller container holds two to five blended products and the larger container holds six to 10 blended products. If you ordered three Isotonix products blended, your Cocktail will be shipped in the smaller container and will be slightly over half full when you receive it.
Is Isotonix Custom Cocktail made of the same Isotonix products I'm accustomed to taking?
Yes. Isotonix Custom Cocktail is formulated using exactly the same Isotonix products sold individually.
Does blending the ingredients lessen the strength of the Isotonix product?
Isotonix Custom Cocktail will be labeled with instructions on how to properly mix the cocktail to be isotonic. When prepared as directed, the cocktail will have the same strength as an individually prepared Isotonix product.
What is the Nutrition Guard software feature?
Nutrition Guard software is always working in the background, ready to alert you to any adjustments that need to be made to your custom cocktail. If you see red bars in your graph or any Isotonix products highlighted in red, this is Nutrition Guard's way of letting you know what needs to be adjusted in the cocktail. Place your mouse cursor over the red bar for details on which Isotonix product are highlighted to be decreased. Decrease the amount of the product highlighted and the red bar will disappear. Then you can submit your custom formula for ordering.
